Braids and Columns

Make a pair of R-12 Fashion Yellow and Lime Green and a pair of R-12 Fashion Blue Caribbean and Fuchsia. Interlace them and repeat to form the quartets you require.
Knot the rope to the first quartet, placing the colors opposite each other in the following way, resting on a flat surface; Fashion Yellow and Fuchsia; and Caribbean Blue and Lime Green.
Place the second quartet by turning it 1/8 to the right or left depending on the direction which side you want it to turn visually. Press a little on the center and turn it with the rope for two balloons of the quartet. Continue braiding until you get the desired length, always turning the quads in the direction chosen according to the order of the colors.

In this pattern we find that each quartet is of a single color or design.
You can use as many colors as you like.
Make a pair of R-12 Fashion Yellow and Lime Green and a pair of R-12 Fashion Use several quartets of the same color creating blocks.
Vary the length of the blocks, that is, you can have blocks of 2, 3 or 4 quartets, managing different lengths for different colors.
Alternate smooth quartets (or blocks) with Infinity Balloons, using the different designs according to the event.

Zig Zag
When assembling the braid place a first base quartet and then turn two quartets to the left and the next two to the right and so on.
If you turn 3 or 4 quartets per side, the zigzag will be more open.
