With more than half a million balloons, the IX edition of the Mar de Balloons Festival took place from the 2nd to the 8th June 2021 under the theme “Golden Pages of Russian History”.
The parade, which brings together international balloon artists to demonstrate their talent and creativity in around the design of life-size sculptures and giant platforms, allowed us to witness works of art movement that toured the central streets of Gelendizhik, Russia.
This year, with the help of Sergei Shevchenko, Sempertex was able to be part of this festival full of color and creativity. As captain of the “SHARZH” team, Shevchenko dazzled us with a 4-meter caricature about Ivan the Terrible.
