Sergei Shevchenko, a Russian artist who has gained great popularity in the balloon decoration industry for his incredible large-scale sculptures. Cartoons, animals and flowers have been part of the portfolio that this balloon expert has displayed on his social networks; leading him to participate in large local and international events such as the recent Mar de Balloon Festival in Russia. Next August 24, 25 and 26 he will join us at our International Balloon Convention teaching different Distortion and Organic techniques for Events.
